     Maple Syrup Vinaigrette Recipe (4pts)

2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp orange zest, grated
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp thyme
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
salt & pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process thoroughly for 2 to 3 minutes until well mixed.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Shake before drizzling on salad
Recipe may be doubled and can be kept refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. Shake before using
Serving Suggestions
Serve with salad that includes (roasted butternut squash & maple roasted walnuts)
