Preheat oven to 350. Brown sausage. Drain.

Make biscuits if you are using homemade. Shape homemade or canned
biscuits into thin rounds.

|
|
Top biscuits with sausage. Top sausage with another thin round of
biscuit, pinching sides together to make a pocket.
|
|
|
|
Bake until done, about 15-20 minutes.
|

Topped with country gravy or sausage gravy. With a side of scrambled eggs and fruit.
