     Italian Seasoned Potatoes

5 pounds russets
1/2 cup canola or evoo
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 cup minced onions
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
You may substitute prepared Italian Seasoning if you like.

Chop russets into quarters, if larger potatoes, chop in half, then quarters. You may peel potatoes if you like, I prefer not to peel.
Add everything to a large pot, cook on medium heat until the potaoes are cooked through.
