     Spinach Balls

2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach
2 cups pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix
6 well beaten eggs
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 stick oleo, melted
1 TB garlic salt

Heat spinach thru. Add no water. Drain well.
Mix all ingredients together. Mix well. For into small balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Makes about 52 small balls. (May be frozen before baking. Freeze on cookie sheet. Then store in ziploc Baggie.)
