     Squash Casserole

Ingredients
2 lbs. yellow squash, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small carton sour cream
1 carrot, grated (optional)
dash of garlic salt
1 stick butter
1 box stove top chicken stuffing
 

Instructions
Combine soup, sour cream, carrot and garlic salt. Combine mixture with sliced squash. Pour into 9 X 13 baking dish.
Melt butter and mix with dry stuffing. Spread stuffing over squash.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes covered. Uncover and return to oven for 20 minutes.
