Cream margarine, shortening and sugar in bowl. Add eggs one at a
time beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and mix well.
Add flour and milk alternately to creamed mixture. Pour into greased
and floured tube pan.
Place pan in COLD oven. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 30
minutes.
