     Chicken Taco Casserole

Ingredients
1 chicken (boiled and deboned)
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 jalapenos, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 large can evaporated milk
1 bag Fritoes
Velveeta
 

Instructions
Saute onions in butter. Mix all ingredients together. Pour fritoes into 9 X 13 casserole pan. Pour soup mixture over fritoes. Top with grated Velveeta cheese.
Bake covered for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
