     Turkey & Dressing

Ingredients
6 corn kits
2 doz eggs
1 1/2 pkg Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Stuffing
2 large onions, chopped
6 celery strips, chopped
8 boiled eggs, chopped
salt
pepper
sage
 
2 to 3 sticks butter
broth from turkey
2 cans chicken broth

Instructions
Cook corn kits in batches using iron skillet. Make with 4 eggs instead of 1. Crumble corn kits. Add pepperidge farm stuffing. Add onions, celery and eggs. Add salt, pepper and sage to taste. Stir.
Melt butter. Add butter, turkey broth and chicken broth into cornbread mixture. Add more juice as needed to reach desired consistancy. Cook until set at 350 degrees. May take several hours.
To cook turkey- Stuff with salt pepper and butter. Placing butter under turkey skin. Cook turkey for 4 hours at 350 degrees.
