     Crab and Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
2 qts chicken broth
3 cups asparagus, cut into diamonds
1 cob White corn, cut off cob
1/2 cup dry sherry
1 T white pepper
1/2 cup corn starch
1 lb lump crab meat
5-6 scallions, cut into diamonds
 

Instructions
Bring chicken broth, sherry and pepper to boil in large pot. Add asparagus and corn. When it comes to boil, add corn starch and water.
Add crab meat and then scallions.
Warm through and serve.
