     Moroccan Roasted Carrots

Ingredients
2 lbs baby carrots, cleaned and split in half
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp mixture of cinnamon and nutmeg
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp honey
 

Instructions
Toss carrots with olive oil, cinnamon and salt. Arrange, cut side down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with honey.
Roast in a preheated 400 F oven for 30 minutes until carrots are browned and tender.
