     Crock pot sweet and sour ribs

3-4 lbs boneless country style ribs
1 can pineapple tidbits, undrained 20 oz
2 cans tomato sauce 8 oz each
1/2 c thinly sliced onions
1/2 c thinly sliced green peppers
1/2 c brown sugar , packed
1/4 c cider vinegar
1/4 c tomato paste
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste

Place ribs in an ungreased slow cooker. In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients ; pour over the ribs. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender. Thicken sauce is desired.
