Mix in a bowl, the rice, seasoning package that comes in the rice box, water and cream chicken soup. Pour in greased 9x13 pan. Arrange chicken on top. It will sink into the liquid.
Bake, covered, for 1 hr. Take out of oven, remove covering, sprinkle cheese on each piece of chicken, and return to oven uncovered, for 15 more minutes, or until chesse is melted.
Different boxes of rice can be used for this recipe. Spanish rice, and brocolli rice is also good!
