Saute one onion, 1/2 cup celery or more if you would like. Return to pan ground beef and add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add two cans chicken rice soup and 1/2 cup cooked rice.
Place in 9 X 13 pan. Drain 32 ounce jar or large can of sauerkraut and rinse. Add to beef mixture. Top with bread crumbs and drizzle with 2 tablespoon melted butter
Bake uncovered for 1 hour @ 350.
