     Fondant de Marshmallow

Ingredients
1 libra de marshmallow
¼ taza de agua
2cdas de glucosa (para elasticidad)
2 cdas de glicerina (para brillo)
3 libras de azúcar glass AAA
 

Instructions
Derretir a baño maría el marshmallow, agua, glicerina y glucosa, sacar de el fuego
Irle agregando azúcar glass cernida poco a poco hasta formar una bola que no se pegue en las manos
agregar un poquito de manteca hasta que esté suave, guardar en una bolsa plástica y dejar reposar al menos 1 hora
