Rotisserie Chickens (2)
Celery bunch
Carrots bag
 

Instructions
2 pre-cooked rotisserie chickens at Market Basket 3.99 each 2 cups wild rice 1 bundle celery 2 large onions 1 bag carrots 1 garlic bulb 1 bell pepper 1 red pepper Step 1- Slice the breast meat off both chickens and also the drumsticks and wings. Step 2- Place both carcasses in a stockpot with 2 gallons of water, 4 stalks of celery, one sliced onion, 4 carrots and 4 sliced garlic cloves and simmer for several hours covered to make a great stock. Once ready, take 1 cup stock, 2 tablespoons flour, black pepper to taste, dill and one chicken bouillon cube and cook until thickened. Stirring constantly. Meal 1- Wild rice and sliced chicken with gravy. Meal 2- Chicken stir-fry using peppers, onions, garlic, carrots and celery Meal 3- Chicken and wild rice soup, using everything but the peppers. The soup should last for several meals and freezes very well.
