Dump 1 can of chickpeas in a pot and boil in their own juices until
tender. Once soft, drain-reserving the liquid it was cooked in.
In a food processor or blender combine soft chick peas, 6
tablespoons tahini, 3 tablespoons water (reserved liquid from
chick peas-Not tap water), and garlic (can use power or cloves,
depending on which you prefer).
Once smooth add lemon juice, 1 tablespoon at a time. Continue to
add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Place in
container and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Serve with pita bread and/or veggies.
