In a skillet, saute 1 minced garlic clove in 1 Tbl oil. Add 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs; cook until browned. Halve 2 large tomatoes; sprinkle with fresh chopped basil and pepper. Top with bread crumb mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 mins or until tomatoes are softened.
