     Cheesy Brussel Sprout Casserole

Ingredients
2-10oz. pkgs. frozen brussel sprouts
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs (2 slices of bread, cut into cubes, work)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter, melted
 

Instructions
Cook sprouts according to package directions and drain well. Cut into fourths and set aside.
Combine eggs, half the crumbs, soups, cheese, onions, and a dash of pepper. Fold in sprouts.
Transfer to a casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Combine the remaining bread crumbs and butter. Layer on top of sprouts and bake uncovered for 35 minutes on 350.
Serving Suggestions
Great side for any Sunday dinner or holiday gathering.
