Can of stewed/fire roasted tomatoes

1/2 c crunchy peanut butter

1/2 can garbanzo beans

1-2 sweet potatoes

thyme, salt, pepper

Instructions |

|
Chop the onion and cook in pot with a little butter or olive oil.
Add can of tomatoes, peanut butter, and beans.
|

Chop potato(s) and add to pot with thyme, salt, and pepper.
Serve over rice.
