|
First layer- mix together the flour, chopped nuts and oleo. Press
into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20
minutes. Cool the pan.

Second layer- blend together 4 oz. of cool whip, the cream
cheese and 1 cup confectioners sugar. Place the mixture on top
of the crust.

|
Third layer- blend together the pudding mix and the milk, and
add to the pan.
|
|
|
Fourth layer- Top with the remaining cool whip and chill 2 hours
or more.
