2 t. baking soda
|

2 cups sugar

2 eggs

1 20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice

1 t. vanilla

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese

1/2 cup butter
|

2 cups powdered sugar
|
|
1 t. vanilla
|
|
chopped walnuts for topping

Instructions |
|
|
Mix flour, baking soda, sugar, eggs, pineapple with juice, and vanilla in a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Mix well.
|

|
Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Cool completely in pan.
|
|
|
For frosting mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat well with electric mixer.
|
|
|
Spread on cool cake. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts, as many as you like.
