     Granola

Ingredients
4 cups oats
1/2 c coconut flakes
1/4 c packed brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbs flax seed
1/2 c pecans
1/2 c pumpkin seeds
1/2 c sunflower seeds
2 tbs grape seed oil
 
1/4 c honey
2 tbs sugar free maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c dried cherries
1 c dried cranberries

Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients except the dried fruit together.
Add in wet and combine well. Spread in large sheet pan sprayed with non stick spray. Cook 1 hour on 250 stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even color.
Once cooled, add dried fruit and store in airtight container.
