Combine sweet potatoes and olive oil. Spread onto baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Pour honey and lime juice over
potatoes. Stir. Bake 20 min more. (sometimes I broil at the very
end, to brown the potatoes)
