     Crunchy Onion Potato Baked

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of milk
1 1/2 cups of water
1/4 cup butter
1 box of betty crocker roasted garlic mashed potatoes
1 can corn, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can french fried onions
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. In 3 quart saucepan heat milk, water, and margarine to boiling. Stir in both pouches of potatoes until moistened. Stand for 1 minute. Stir with a fork, stir in corn. Pour in casserole dish. sprinkle with cheese and onions. Bake 10 to 15 min until cheese is melted and onions are golden brown.
