3 cans baked beans, drain a little of the juice
|

1/2 sweet onion
|
|
1/2 bell pepper
|
|
1/2 a package of bacon, cut into small pieces
|

2 tsp of mustard
|
|
3/4 cup of ketchup
|
|
1/4 cup brown sugar
|
|
1/4 cup hot sauce (optional)

Instructions |

|
In a large soup pot, Saute bacon, onion and bell pepper until all are
well done, almost crispy. Drain grease.
|

Then add beans, and remaining ingredients. Bring to a slow boil
and then simmer for 15 minutes.
