Place Steak on a flat baking sheet, sprinkle over lemon and pepper and rub into steak flip the steaks over and sprinkle lemon and pepper and rub into steak. Sprinkle Lawrys and rub into steak on both sides.

Put one TSP. of butter on both sides on each steak.
|
|
|
|
Cut up Onions and green, red peppers and place around the steak.
|
|
|
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Let steak cook for about 15- 20 mins and serve.
