1 lb turkey sausage cooked n crumbled (bacon or ham too)
2 c or 1 reg size egg beaters (southwest optional)
1/2 c shredded chedder
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 400 grease muffin pan. Mix HB and melted butter.
Press 1/4 c in each muffin tin push on bottom and sides. Bake 10-12 min until brown.
cook sausage and fill each muffin tin with meat.
Pour egg beaters over each muffin till full. Sprinkle with cheese bake 12-14 min. Let cool before serving.
