     Baked Mac N Cheese

Ingredients
1/2 lb elbow mac
3 tbs flour
3 tbs butter
3 c milk
1/2 onion
1/2 tsp paprika
1 lg egg
12 oz sharp chedder shredded
1 tsp salt and pepper
 
topping 3 tbs butter and 1 c panko crumbs
Instructions
cook mac al dente in a seperate pan melt butter wisk in flour. stir in milk, onion, and egg. toss in 3/4 of cheese. toss and coat.
melt butter for topping add crumbs top on mac and bake 30 min @ 350
