     Sautéed Rosemary Red Potatoes

Ingredients
6 red potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
3 T. butter, melted
3 T. vegetable oil
1 T. chopped fresh rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Mix together melted butter and oil, then pour in a bowl. Place the potatoes into the dish, and stir until coated. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
In a heated skillet, saute over medium heat until browned (about 15 minutes).
