Mix oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, sugar, dry mustard powder and garlic in dressing bottle. Shake well. (there will be lots left over to use another night!)
In large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, avacado and pine nuts. Evenly pour dressing and toss salad.
Serve immediatly.
