     Thai fish cake

Ingredients
Fish meat 500 g
Chilli paste
Lime leaves finely sliced
Fish sauce
Long beans finely chopped
One egg
 

Instructions
Mix the fish meat, chilli paste, egg until sticks together.
Add sugar, and the rest of the ingredients. Make into small patties and deep fry.
