     Melting chocolate cake

Ingredients
11 oz semi sweet chocolate
11 oz butter
7 eggs
3 oz sugar
4 oz flour
 

Instructions
Melt chocolate and butter and then cool for 10 minutes.
Mix half egg and sugar, whisk for a few minutes and add flour. Then add the balance egg. Add egg mixture to the melted chocolate mixture.
Spray ramekin cups and pour mixture in. Bake directly in the oven at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream in 2 oz ramekin cups
