Ingredients
2 lbs Lean Beef Stew chunks
1 lb Lean (85/15) Ground Chuck
4 Cups of Low Sodium Tomato Juice
2 Cups Low Sodium Tomato Paste
2 Cup Chili beans
1 Cup Rotel Chili
2 Cup Tomato Sauce
1 Cup Macaroni
5/8 cup Chili Powder
 
1 TB Curry
1/4 Cup finely chopped Onion

Instructions
Cook meats until thorougly cooked, add 1/8 cup of Chili Powder to the meat.
Add Tomato Paste, Sauce and Juice. Bring to a slow boil. Add 1/8 Cup of Chili Powder.
Add Rotel, Chili Beans and Onion. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Cook Macaroni and Drain. Before adding Macaroni to Chili, add 1/8 Cup Chili Powder and Curry. Add to Mix and then add rest of Chili Powder. Let cook on Low for at least 60 mins. If you wish, you can cook upto 3 hours.
