Ingredients
Milk 4 cups
Eggs 8
Sugar 1.5 cup
lemon zest
Vanilla powder half a tea spoon
 

Instructions
we burn the sugar in a non stick pan and while it's still liquid we pour it in a mald (watch out it's very hot)
we put all the other ingrediants in the blender.
we pour the ingrediants on top of the sugar and we put it in the oven for about an hour inside a water pan .
we put in in the fridge for a full day and before serving we heat the mold ( to melt the sugar) and then we flip it in a nice dish .
