Ingredients
4 ripe avocados
3 tbsp olive oil
Handful of pinenuts (about 1/4 cup)
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of garlic powder
Dash of red wine vinegar
 
Instructions
Slice avocados (into slivers) and place in bowl.
Toss in remaining ingredients
Serve with baguette or crakers
