     Mock Crab Patties

Ingredients
2 cups shredded zucchini
2 eggs
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tsp Bay's Seafood Seasonings
1 tsp mayonnaise
 
Instructions
Mix well. Form into patties or croquettes. Deep fry. Serve with tarter sauce or cocktail sauce.
