     Olive Garden Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients
Sauce-
1 pint heavy cream
1/3 stick butter
2 Tbsp. cream cheese
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
3 tsp. garlic
Chicken-
2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken
 
1 cup plain bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg
Instructions
SAUCE- Heat butter, heavy cream and cream cream until melted on low heat. Add parmesan cheese and garlic. Simmer 15-20 minutes on low.
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Beat egg in small bowl. Dip chicken in egg to coat. Mix parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in another bowl. Dip chicken in cheese/crumbs bowl. Place flour in 3rd bowl; then dip chicken in flour. Fry until cooked through.

cooked fettucini noodles
