Ingredients
12 ounces ground soy
Hot taco seasoning
1 can kidney beans
1 can Great Northern (or other white) beans
1 cup vegetable broth
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
Onion, garlic and jalapeno (to taste), diced
Canola or olive oil
 

Instructions
Saute the onion, garlic, and jalapeno in a little bit of oil in a medium pot until soft. Add the ground soy, taco seasoning, and water required on the package. Cook soy through. (Alternatively, you could use the taco stuffers ground soy or another faux meat product that is spicy, and you wouldn't need to add the hot taco seasoning.)
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for a while.
