Instructions |

|
Mix the nutritional yeast, flour, salt, and garlic powder in a 2-quart (medium) pot. Wisk in water.

Cook over medium heat, whisking, until it thickens and bubbles. Cook 30 seconds more, then remove from heat and whisk in oil and mustard.

(It will thicken as it sets, but thin when heated.)
