     Unchicken Salad

Ingredients
2 tbsp. canola oil
8 oz. frozen vegan chicken strips
4 tbsp. Vegenaise
2 tbsp. dijon mustard
2 tbsp. relish
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
 
2 pinches cayenne pepper

Instructions
Heat the oil in a medium skillet. Grill the strips in the oil until browned and heated through. Cool slightly and chop.
Combine the chopped strips with the onions and celery in a large bowl.
Mix the vegenaise, dijon, relish and spices in a small bowl. Add to the contents of the large bowl and mix thoroughly. Serve warm or chill.
