Cut potatoes lengthwise itno four wedges. Place skin side down in a 13-in x 9-in x 2-in baking dish or pan. Combine remaining ingredients, bruch over potatoes.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, brushing with oil/cheese mixture very 15 min. Turn potatoes over for last 15 min of baking.
