(If you have anyone in your household who enjoys playing with Play-Dough, enlist him/her to assist, otherwise this is a bit labor intensive, but worth it!)
Form fingers with dough and roll in flour. Place on cookie sheets, cover and chill. Boil malfatti in 2 inches of water 3 - 4 minutes. Remove to serving platter.
Serve with red pasta sauce or red, meat pasta sauce.
