     Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

6 c Rhubarb diced
3 cups sugar
1/2 c water
2 3oz pkg strawberry jello
 
Instructions
mix rhubarb and water in lg sauce pan. simmer until rhubarb is mushy texture. add sugar and jello simmer 3-5 min. pour in mason jars
makes about 8 jelly jars or 4 reg size jars.
