     Thanksgiving Dressing

Ingredients
4 packages Martha White cornbread mix
4 stalks of celery
1 large onion
6 boiled eggs
1/2 gallon of chicken stock
 

Instructions
Cook cornbread according to directions. Cool, crumble, and set aside. Simmer onion, celery, and stock until vegetables are tender. Chop eggs and add to cornbread. Slowly mix stock into cornbread (do not get too wet). Mix well and pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees until warmed thru.
