     Pork Chops and Saurkraut

Ingredients
4 Boneless Pork Chops
1 Large Can Saurkraut
1 Onion (Chopped)
Garlic (Minced)
4 Tbl Butter
1 Cup Water
 

Instructions
Brown Pork Chops on each side.
Sautee the onion, garlic and butter until transparent.
Put the can of undrained Sauerkraut in Crock Pot first. Then Pork Chops on top of Kraut then Onion misture on top of that.
Cook in Crock Pot on High for 4 Hours. Serve over Mashed Potatoes.
