Pig in a Pot with Pepsi

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
large Boston butt, pork roast (about 5 lbs)
1 - 2 liter bottle of regular Pepsi
Seasoning

Instructions
Season the pork roast, do not remove the fat. Place the whole thing in a large crock pot. Pour Pepsi over the roast until the roast is covered or the pot is full. Cover the crock pot and turn it on high for 2 hours. After 2 hours turn the crock pot to low and let it simmer all day. Until falling apart tender.
Remove the meat from the pot and place on a cutting board. Remove all the visible fat and tear the meat into small pieces. Place the meat in a bowl. You can either mix in your favorite barbeque sauce or serve BBQ sauce on the side.
Makes great pulled pork sandwiches. Use deli style buns for a little more flavor.
Serving Suggestions
Pulled Pork on Buns, Cole Slaw and Baked Beans.
