In a bowl, combine milk and pudding mix and blend with electric mixer. In a different bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk. Mix until smooth. Fold the Cool whip into the cream cheese mixture. Add the pudding to the cream cheese mixture and stire until well blended. Pour mixture over cookies and bananas. Add a final layer of cookies. Refrigerate until set.
