     Marshmallow Brownies

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 Tblsp cocoa
1 cup water
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup oleo
1/2 cup buttermilk or sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
 
2 eggs
Frosting
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup cream
3 tblsp. butter
3/4 cup choc. chips
1 teas. vanilla

Instructions
Stir together first 3 ingredients Bring to a boil, water, salad oil and oleo. Add to first 3 ingredients. Add buttermilk mixed with baking soda & walnuts. Add beaten eggs.
Put in 10 by 15 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 min. Remove from oven.
Put 1/2 marshmallow with cut side down. I use 24 marshmallows for this pan. Return to oven for 3 min. Push marshmallow down with fork dipped in water so marshmallow does'nt stick. Let Brownies cool.
Frosting--Combine cream with white and brown sugar. Micro-3 min. stir at 1 1/2 min. Then slice in butter and choc chips. Stir until disolved. Cool until it thickens. Add vanilla, pour and spread over bars. Servings depend how big you would like them.
