1 stick oleo melted
|
| |
1c brown sugar
|
| |
1c pineapple
|
| |
3 egg yolks
|
| |
1c sugar
|
| |
2tbs boiling water
|
| |
1c flour
|

1tsp baking powder
|
| |
1tsp vanilla
|
|

Instructions |

|
|
Mix oleo, brown sugar and pineapple together and set aside.
|
|
|
|
Mix egg yolks, 1c sugar and boiling water together. Add remaining ingredients.
|
|
|
|
Butter pan, spread pineapple mixture on bottom of pan, top with cake mixture. Bake at 350 until done.
