1/2c warm water
1 1/2c boiling water
1c oatmeal
1/2c ligh molassis
1/3c shortening
ltbs salt
6 1/4c flour
2 slightly beaten eggs

Combine boiling water, rolled oats, molassis, shortening and salt. Cool to luke warm, add 2 cups flour and eggs beat well. Stir in softened yeast. Beat well, add flour 2 cups at a time, beat well. Moderately stiff dough. Cover for 2 hours at least. Put in pans raise double. Bake 375 for 40 minutes.
